Sharing Our Skills

As part of The Bibby Line Group's partnership with The Prince's Trust Enterprise programme, we are offering a chance for our employees to develop their own professional skills, by mentoring a young entrepreneur through the early stages of their own business plans.

This mentoring programme aims to harness the talents of our people across a diverse range of industries and disciplines, encouraging philanthropic partnerships and future success for young entrepreneurs.

Employees will support young people interested in self-employment, giving them the opportunity to explore and test their ideas, write plans and start up their own businesses or achieve alternative outcomes in education, training, volunteering or work.

Employees who have a technical, professional specialism to share e.g.:

Project Management

Will have the opportunity to share their knowledge and experience with these young willing entrepreneurs. (On average 1-2 hours per month with approval from Line Manger and HR).

Mentor training is also available from The Prince's Trust.

This is a fantastic opportunity for our people’s personal development and is fully supported by our businesses CEO’s and Sir Michael Bibby.

We invite our employees to find out more HERE, and share their skills will others.
