Charity payments sent by BACS

ALL CHARITY FUNDRAISING PAYMENTS WILL NOW BE MADE BY BACS DIRECT
 
Further details:
 
  • All fundraising match payments in 2010 will be sent direct to the charity via a monthly BACS payment.
 
  • Before completing a match request form please ensure that you have requested the payment account details from the charity before the payment can be made.
 
  • As the fundraiser you will receive a certificate informing you of the funds donated to your charity.
 
Please Note:
 
  • Once you receive your certificate you can contact the charity to inform them of the payment made.
 
  • To ensure minimal delay in BACS payments please contact your charity direct to request their payment details if you plan to carry out a fundraising event in the future.
 
  • Charities Trust do have the majority of the charities bank details but for smaller organisations such as schools, community centres, churches etc these payment details are required.
 
 
Please send all charity details direct to Charities Trust to add to their system or attach them to your match request form when sending to the Community Team.
