Each employee from within any of our businesses is entitled to £-£ match funding on top of what they raise for their chosen charitable cause. Since the creation of the Giving Something Back programme in 2007, £3.1 million has been donated by Bibby Line Group through our match funding initiative.

Employees are entitled to a £500 match per event, capped at £1,000 per year, as well as each office also having their own allocation for collective events. You can complete several smaller events over the year, or two large events hitting the full £1,000 match, it's entirely up to you!

How do I apply for Match Funding?

You must be employed by one of our businesses to be eligible for match funding.

008 BFS Dublin Office

Bibby Financial Services Office in Fundraising Frenzy in Dublin!

Martina Shannon and her team at the BFS Dublin office raised a fantastic £1,484 for the Laura Lynn Children’s Hospice, organising various events throughout the year including a Coffee Morning for staff and clients and creating hampers for Christmas and Easter. The charity received an additional £1,000 through our match funding initiative, with Martina, Katy Stokes, Sarah Harmon, Adrian Tanner, Elizabeth Bradley and Ronan Cooper also volunteering their time to paint Superhero’s on the windows of the hospice for National Hospice Week. Mary McCall also organised a Croke Patrick Climb, and Martina, Tracey McFadden, Samantha Connor and Pamela Murray were also involved with the Womans Mini Marathon. Well done to all the team for their fantastic dedication to raise much need funding for such an amazing cause!

Armed Forces Fundraising Success

Congratulations to Stephen Hill from our Bibby Distribution depot in Hartlepool  who organised and directed a fundraising event at Squires Cafe Spring Show in aide of Armed Forces Veterans Charities, raising a grand total of £1,390 which was matched up to the value of £1,000 by Bibby Line Group. Stephen and his team arranged bucket donations and shop sale, selling badges, patches and stickers which were all Armed Forces related.
