Companies from around the North East took some time out of the office in April, and spent the afternoon competing against each other in a 5-a-side football tournament to raise money for Calvert Trust Kielder.
The tournament was organised by Bibby Financial Services and took place at Goals Sunderland. Bibby have chosen Calvert Trust Kielder as their nominated charity of the year and this event was just one way in which they intend to raise much needed funds for the Trust.
Over £2,000 was raised from the event and a great day was had by all.
A huge thank you has to be said to all of the companies who took part in the event, with a special thanks to Karen Hedley and the team at Bibby Financial Services for there hard work in organising the event.
